We offer an online afternoon Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents ages 13-18 who have a substance use disorder, a mental health concern, or both. Participants meet via telehealth three days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 3:30 PM. The program is led by Francesca Barley,MS.

We offer an online morning Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults 18+ who have a substance use disorder. Participants meet via telehealth three days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 10:00 AM. The program is led by Troy Jackson, MSS, LSW.

Troy utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, Interpersonal Process, and Skills Development to support participants in their recovery journey. The group is supportive and accepting. Members are encouraged to be vulnerable, mature, and open to feedback and suggestions, fostering a constructive and understanding environment.

We offer an online evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults 18+ who have a substance use disorder. Participants meet via telehealth three days per week: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, at 6:00 PM. The program is led by Sheila Bellwoar, MS, LPC.

Sheila employs an eclectic modality, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and experiential techniques to address SUD issues. This comprehensive approach helps individuals understand and change their thought patterns and behaviors related to substance use. Participants receive support and guidance to build and sustain a sober lifestyle in a structured and empathetic setting.

We offer an online morning Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults age 18+ who have a mental health concern. Participants meet via telehealth four days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 AM. The program is led by Max Masino, MS.

Max provides a supportive space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other challenges. The program helps individuals develop the confidence and competence to transition from the program to a lower level of care, ready to apply their skills and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and purpose. The group focuses on emotional regulation, self-compassion, mindfulness, authenticity, developing coping skills, and building meaningful connections.

We offer an online evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults age 18+ who have a mental health concern. Participants meet via telehealth four days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 5:30 PM. The program is led by Ari Kassutto, LSW and David Meyer, LCSW.

We offer a hybrid evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for first responders and veterans who have a substance use disorder. Participants meet remotely via telehealth or in-person at the ETHOS Jenkintown location three days per week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 6:00 PM. The program is led by Bryan McCauley, MS.

Bryan is a Marine Corps veteran, former police officer/detective, and firefighter/EMT with over 14 years in recovery. He has built and led substance use treatment programs for veterans and first responders, focusing on trauma, emotional regulation, and the cultural barriers that keep people from asking for help. He brings clinical experience, personal insight, and a deep understanding of service culture. He believes in showing people that hope is real and that recovery is possible when the right support is in place. His work creates space for honesty, connection, and change.

We offer an online evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults 18+ who are navigating gambling concerns, substance use, and mental health challenges. Participants meet via telehealth three days per week: Mondays, Tuedays and Thursdays, at 6:00 PM. The program is led by Phil Waibel, MSW, LSW.

We offer an online evening program for families of people who have a substance use disorder. Participants meet via telehealth one day per week: Wednesdays, at 6:00 PM. The program is led by Pat Brown, LCSW.

Research indicates positive outcomes increase dramatically when the entire family is engaged in treatment. In this ongoing series, we work together to bring full family recovery to you and yours. This series features an educational component coupled with the sharing of thoughts, ideas, strategies, and connection — all designed to help make full family recovery possible.
